Fisher was a terrible King towards the end but before that he was good enough to be the Co Leader lol.

I never met fisher, but from what I hear. He had blackmailed players and others of the such. We are all entitled to our own oppinion so Pure is in his right to think that fisher was a great guy. I didnt know him, so i cant say anything.
